一、Product overview

The company developed open FRPP is a new kind of high strength reinforced polypropylene composite material, it is the introduction, digestion, absorption of similar products at home and abroad on the basis of polypropylene as matrix and glass fiber, inorganic filler for strengthening agent and quality improver, pipe products performance are greatly improved, has wear-resisting, corrosion resistance, high strength, leakage resistance, long service life, light weight, the internal and external anti-corrosion, smooth surface, low price, easy installation and maintenance, etc. Can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, chemical fiber, alkali, dye, pesticide, food, medicine, light industry, metallurgy, environmental protection and other fields. Can transport within the temperature range of 120 ℃, all kinds of corrosive medium is stainless steel, inspecting &controlling ideal substitute material.

Compared with other company, my company pipes and pipe fittings is integral moulding reinforced pp pipe, on both sides of the flange and straight pipe moulded out it once, not twice welding, such as product performance than ordinary straight pipe pressure resistance is strong, solve the insufficient pressure resistance in the process of use, easy to leak, etc.

三、Corrosion resistance of

Because of reinforced pp pipeline based on polypropylene matrix, I in the company by the modified material is given priority to with glass fiber, inorganic filler is complementary, excluding carbonate compounds. So it has excellent corrosion resistance, with the exception of nitric acid and fuming sulfuric acid, chlorosulfonic acid and other strong oxidizing acid and most organic and inorganic acid, such as hydrochloric acid, thin sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid and dilute nitric acid, etc.), alkali, salt, also suitable for exposure in the atmosphere.

Used in various concentration - 20 ~ 120 ℃ of organic acid, inorganic acid, alkali and salty solutions on the pipeline transportation medium.
