FS corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump
一、FS products overview:
FS such corrosion direct coupling type centrifugal pump, the impeller, pump body, pump cover and bracket adopts integral moulding engineering plastic: reinforced pp FRPP, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (uhmw-pe, partial fluorine ethylene propylene PVDF, to suit different working conditions and types of user requirements. Pump body bracket also USES integral moulding engineering plastics, to meet the requirements of the internal and external corrosion.
Fs such corrosion direct coupling type centrifugal pump for straight association-like structure, by the pump body and the bracket with the motor. Bracket to support the pump body, impeller shaft adopts the Morse taper method is combined with the motor shaft directly, with derrick taut transmission torque, can effectively guarantee the axis in the alignment of the impeller, reduce the radial runout. The foot of the motor as the installation of pump base, reduce the weight of the pump.
FS such corrosion direct coupling type centrifugal pump and IH pump out the bracket, is the difference between the base and so on. This series of pump is compact structure, reasonable, less parts, small volume, light weight, convenient installation and maintenance.
FS such corrosion direct coupling type centrifugal pump shaft sealing adopts single transverse spring installed outside, static ring for carbonization silicon, ring for ptfe (F4) fill in the form of carbon fiber.

Applicable temperature: FRPP: - 20 ℃ ~ 80 ℃, uhmw-pe: - 20 ℃ ~ 80 ℃, PVDF: - 30 ℃ ~ 100 ℃
Applicable medium: various concentration of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid, phosphoric acid, ammonium sulfate, hydrofluoric acid and alkali, organic solvents, such as oxidant chemical medium.
Applicable industry: petroleum chemical industry, alkali, chemical fertilizer, dyestuff, reagent, pesticide, pharmaceutical, electroplating, environmental protection and other industrial departments to transport corrosive medium chemical pump energy saving.
