IHF steel lining fluorine chemical centrifugal pump
一、IHF products overview:
IHF fluorine plastic chemical centrifugal pump is a single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump, pump casing used nodular cast iron, inner surface vortex chamber, such as flow line on a 5 ~ 6 mm thick layer of fep (F46), there are both the strength of the metal and the characteristics of inner resistance to harsh corrosive medium. Impeller used along with a short shaft with a metal to strengthen the integration of moulded bag lining fep (F46). The corrosion resistance, heat resistance performance are higher than that of common engineering plastic, commonly known as the plastic "two Kings" its corrosion resistance, heat resistance performance with ptfe (F4).
IHF type fluorine plastic chemical centrifugal pump shaft sealing device is mounted outside single face, spring bellows mechanical seal, adopt the cooling water can debug end face sealing technology, friction pair material using silicon carbide four fluorine filling, carbon fiber, silicon carbide, such as user conveying fluid has fine grain, crystal, etc., machine seal selection cutting machine.
IHF fluorine plastic chemical centrifugal pump, the use of single stage axial suction and its installation dimensions and technical parameters, accord with JB/T 8097-8097, JB/T 8098-1999, GB/T 5656-1994, GB/T 13006-1991 and the provisions of the standard.
IHF type series centrifugal pump, the pump running from the motor end to rotate clockwise.
This product has obtained the national industrial products production license, the certificate number is: XK06-216-01852
二、IHF structure features:Ink metal shell, lined with fluoroplastic fep (F46), the mechanical seal.
三、IHF scope of application:
Applicable temperature: - 50 ℃ ~ 150 ℃
Applicable medium: transfer of various strong corrosive medium, such as various concentration of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, aqua regia, all kinds of mixed acid, alkali and organic solvents.
Applicable industry: petroleum chemical industry, wet smelting, pesticides, dyes, pigments, pharmaceutical, paper making, steel corrosion industries such as metallurgy, power plant desulfurization.
